• 100% Royalty Free: No royalties, publishing splits, master points, or additional payments owed to whoagodly.com for any use of the kit sounds in finished music productions, including commercial releases, streams, sales, sync placements, or live performances.

• Allowed Use:
  • Unlimited use of all kit sounds (drums, loops, one-shots, FX, melodies, presets, etc.) in your own original beats, songs, and music productions.
  • Commercial and non-commercial use permitted.
  • No limit on streams, downloads, sales, or placements when sounds are used as part of a new composition.

• Credit: No credit required. (Optional: "Samples Prod. By Godly" if you want to support.)

• Major Label & Sync Use: Licensee must notify GODLY via contact@whoagodly.com prior to major label releases, sync licensing (TV, film, ads, games), or commercial placements over $10,000 USD for clearance confirmation. GODLY reserves the right to provide additional documentation or negotiate terms for such high-value uses.

• Restrictions:
  • No resale, redistribution, sharing, or uploading of raw kit sounds (individually or as a pack), even if modified.
  • No use of kit sounds to create competing products (sample packs, drum kits, loop libraries, preset banks).
  • Sounds must be incorporated into new musical compositions; standalone use as "loops only" products prohibited.
  • License is non-exclusive and non-transferable (cannot be given/sold to others).

• Ownership: GODLY retains full copyright ownership of all original kit sounds. Licensee receives only a perpetual, non-exclusive license for approved musical uses.
